How long will it take for you to ship my order?

Our turnaround time for cleaning and counting seeds is about 7-10 working days from the date your order was placed. As soon as we've packed your order, you'll receive and email from us with your tracking information.

How long will I wait for my order after it has been shipped?

Unless otherwise requested, we make use of registered mail via the South African Postal Service. We've been using them since we started this business and have never had problems. Generally, delivery might take up to 8-10 weeks. In some cases, customers receive their parcels within 2-3 weeks, depending on the country you stay in.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept Paypal payments for operational purposes. However, if you're a South African citizen and do not have Paypal, you're welcome to send us an email on with your order, and we'll forward you a quotation with our banking details.

When is the next update?

We will be adding new packets and/or species whenever we get the chance to harvest, clean and count. 

Where do your seeds come from?

All of our seeds are produced on our own mother-plants, grown at the farm in Barrydale. We do not buy seeds from other vendors.

When will you get more Conophytum species?

At the moment, we will only have more Conophytum species once they are ready for harvest. As soon as we have new Conophytum species, we'll send out an email. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list if you want to receive these updates.
